5th August 2020: JDC’s Baihualing and Sanshimudi dressing plants were forced to shut down temporarily as a storm damaged roads and broke tailings pipelines. The combined molybdenum concentrate capacity of the two dressing plants account for 59.7% of the company’s total. JDC’s molybdenum concentrate output of August will drop sharply as a result.
JDC produced 2,480 t of molybdenum concentrates (45% Mo grade) during the first seven months of 2020.
