CAA, (China Association of Automobile Manufactures): 217,000 new EVs were sold in China in May 2021, up by 159.7% m-o-m. Total new EV sales during the first five months of 2021 reached 950,000, up by 224% y-o-y. CAA forecast total new EV sales to approach 2.4 mln in 2021.
