NEA (National Energy Administration) released “New Energy Storage Project Management Specification (Interim) (Draft)” to gather opinion. According to the document, no new project development will be allowed in large-scale power battery cascade utilization and storage projects before some key breakthroughs in battery consistency management technology and the establishment of a battery performance monitoring and evaluation system.
For existing power battery cascade utilization and energy storage projects, performance is to be evaluated regularly, with monitoring and supervision being stressed.
