SMM: Yunnan Guotai, a subordinate of LoMo and Billions is to establish a new branch in Gansu by an investment of RMB700 mln, namely Gansu Guotai Metals Co. Ltd. The business scope of the new company will include ilmenite mining, dressing, smelting of high titanium slag, production and operation of by-products, production and sales of sponge titanium and its by-products, production, sales and export of titanium alloy and its by-products.
