LoMo and Billions reached an agreement regarding technology cooperation with the German Ti-Cons Technology Consulting GmbH. Under the agreement, LoMo aims to gradually increase the capacity of its first TiO2 pigment production line in Jiaozuo from 60 ktpy to 100 ktpy.
