Shengxin Magnesium Co. Ltd increased magnesium production in April 2021 with daily output of 40 t and the company expects to produce 1.2 kt of magnesium in April 2021.
Mainstream magnesium prices (95% Mg grade) are currently at RMB15,850 ~ 16,050/t (ex-works) in Fugu Shaanxi and RMB16,250 ~ 16,450/t in Wenxi Shanxi on 14th April, both falling by RMB50/t from the previous trading day. Downstream buyers remain watchful amid weak demand.
