Domestic tungsten concentrate prices remained stable at low levels this week led by continuing sluggish demand, and domestic tungsten concentrate holders remained firm on prices. At present, wolframite (65% WO3 grade) mainstream quotations are at RMB83,000~84,000/standard t; scheelite (65% grade) is at RMB82,000~83,000/standard t and tungsten concentrates (50~55% grade) at RMB 79,000~82,000/standard t.
Domestic APT prices fell slightly, seeing mainstream quotations at RMB126,000~127,000/t. Given continuing cost pressures, APT smelters tended to hold firm above RMB125,000/t for spot sales by cash.
