6th November: The GTA’s (Ganzhou Tungsten Association) November forecast prices and long-term contract prices of large producers for the first half of November have been published.

GTA (Ganzhou Tungsten Association) published its forecast prices for tungsten products in November 2019. The forecast price for wolframite concentrate (55% WO3) is RMB 85,000/standard t, down 9,500/t on-month, and that for APT is down by RMB 12,500/t on-month to RMB 133,500/t. Prices for tungsten powders (medium grain) fell by RMB 16/kg on-month to RMB 216/kg.

Jiangxi Zhangyuan Tungsten published its procurement prices for long-term contracts during the first two weeks of November. The procurement price for wolframite (WO3≥55%) was RMB 85,000/standard t, scheelite (WO3≥55%) was at RMB 83,500/standard t, both declining by RMB 5,000/t from the last two weeks of October. Zhangyuan’s APT procurement price (payment by cash) fell by RMB 7,500/t from the last two weeks of October to the present level of RMB 133,500/t.

XTC (Xiamen Tungsten) published its long-term contract APT procurement prices for the first half of November at RMB 137,000/t on cash, down RMB 6,000/t from the previous term.
