Domestic magnesium prices have been hovering at low levels recently and were down by RMB 300/t early last week. As of last Friday, mainstream magnesium prices stood at RMB 19,600~20,000/t ex-works in cash, continuing the downward trend. Industry commentators forecast prices to remain stable at low levels over the short term.
