China produced 239 kt of magnesium in Q1 2022, up by 14.02% from 210 kt from the same period last year.
For the top three magnesium producing provinces of Shaanxi, Shanxi and IM, March production was 55.5 kt, 15.4 kt and 5.6 kt, up by 2.78%, 4.76% and 3.67% m-o-m and up by 9.58%, 21.26% and 63.77% y-o-y respectively.
