China produced 1.04 mln t of TiO1 pigment in Q1 2022, up by 106.7 kt or 11% y-o-y.
During Q1 2022, domestic TiO2 pigment prices have been stable with a slight upward trend. Rutile titanium TiO2 pigment prices averaged RMB 19,500~21,000/t during Q1 2022, up by RMB 800/t or 4% from early January; anatase TiO2 pigment prices were RMB 17,800~19,000/t during Q1, up by RMB 300/t or 2% from early January 2022.
