China imported 9.3 mln t of bauxite in June, down 4.17% on-month, but up 33.17% on-year. China imported 56.33 mln t of bauxite in H1 2019, up 39.26% from 40.45 mln t during the same period last year.
According to statistics released by Guinea’s Ministry of Economy and Finance, Guinea exported 29.1 mln t of bauxite to the global market including China during the first five months of 2019.
