China imported 4.48 mln t of nickel laterite (DMT and WMT mixed) in October 2021, down by 21.3% m-o-m and down by 12.2% y-o-y. China’s nickel laterite imports from the Philippines dropped by 22.8% m-o-m or 12.6% y-o-y to 4.01 mln t in October.
China imported 299 kt of NPI (converted to 46 kt of Ni metal) in October, down by 2.42% m-o-m but up by 12.26% y-o-y. China imported 3.09 mln t of NPI (gross) from January to October 2021.
