Fugu County of Yulin City, Shaanxi recently published its 14th FYP (2021~2025) for economy and social development. The plan maps out the county’s development goals through to 2025.
- Magnesium and magnesium alloy capacity is to grow to 1 mtpy, and a 100 ktpy magnesium circular economy project will be developed.
- Smart operation for local coal mines≥900 ktpy and total coal production is to be hold stable at 80 mln t
- Semi-coke industry upgrades will take place, and a 1 mtpy level semi-coke industrial chain is to be established by end-2025
- Clean usage of coal is emphasized. Installed coal-fire capacity is to exceed 11 mln kW by end-2025.
