Domestic magnesium prices stopped falling and trended up slightly to RMB 21,000/t last week following improved coal prices and stronger export demand. Mainstream magnesium prices were being quoted between RMB 20,700~21,000/t with settlement prices at approximately RMB 20,700/t in Fugu Shaanxi. Prices in other producing regions followed accordingly.
