Backed by total investment of RMB14.8 bln from Bao Steel Group and Yunhai Metals, the Baomei 300 ktpy magnesium alloy project has been launched at Qingyang Economic Zone, Chizhou, Anhui, with project construction starting immediately.
The project includes mining, ore processing, magnesium smelting and magnesium alloy processing. Construction work includes an ore transportation corridor, wharf building, construction of associated workshops and other facilities.
