13th March 2021: Geely Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. has signed an investment cooperation agreement with the government of Ganzhou and Ganzhou Economic and Development Zone Management Committee of Jiangxi Province. According to the agreement, Geely is set to invest a total of RMB30 bln to develop a 42 GWh power battery project in the Ganzhou Economic Development Zone. Phase I of the development is planned and will have annual power battery capacity of 12 GWh.
