SMM: In a bid to ensure sufficient raw coal storage during the approaching Chinese New Year period (11~17 February 2021) as well as to ratchet up air pollution control measures, semi-coke producers and coal gas producers supplying gas to local magnesium smelters in Fugu Shenmu Shaanxi are required to reduce operations by 35% from now to end-March 2021.
