23rd March: LoMo and Billions announced that it will raise no more than RMB4.39 bln as supplementary capital for the development of a 200 ktpy chloride TiO2 pigment project and a 500 ktpy titanium ore upgrade project which involves 300 ktpy chloride titanium slag and 200 ktpy of high-quality iron.
