23rd April 2020: Total domestic aluminium inventory at China’s major store houses dropped by 136 kt from last Thursday to 1.359 mln t, including 167 kt in Shanghai, 577 kt in Wuxi, 135 kt in Hangzhou, 118 kt in Gongyi, 286 kt in Nanhai, 54 kt in Tianjin, 13 kt in Chongqing and 9 kt in Linyi.
The decline can be attributed to slow new arrivals and increased deliveries during the week.
