Yunnan Aluminum Corporation announced that it will continue to rely on Yunnan Huineng Electricity Sales Co., Ltd., to manage and integrate its electricity resources during 2020. Huineng Electricity Sales is held under the Yunnan Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd., which is also the controlling shareholder in Yunnan Aluminium.
The four primary aluminium smelters in the Yunnan Aluminium Group: including Yongxin, Runxin, Yuxin and Zexin smelters, will buy a total of 20.4bln kWh electricity from Huineng at approximately RMB0.346/kWh in 2020.
