China imported 22,553 t of tin ore in September 2019, of which 21,366 t was imported from Myanmar, accounting for 95%. Total tin metal content of China’s tin ore imports from Myanmar in September was 5,100 t, up 65% m-o-m and up 38% y-o-y. Tin content in China’s imports during the first three quarters of 2019 amounted to 37,400 t, down 14% y-o-y, of this figure, 33,400 t was from Myanmar, down 22% y-o-y.
