Land and Resources Bureau of Henan: A large graphite deposit was discovered in Xichuan County, Nanyang City, southwestern Henan Province. The Dapa graphite deposit is at 2 km east-west in direction and from 0 to 219 meters in depth, with fixed carbon content of up to 18.82%. The Dapa graphite deposit has graphite resources in excess of 12.98 mln t.
